This medical wig is 100% European Remy human hair! The top is completely handtied strand by strand. (4”x4” Multidirectional skin top) This means your wig can be parted in any direction just like your own hair. It has a stretchy band with clasps to make sure the wig is fitted to your exact head size. Two clips are on each side so it can be clipped in for extra security on each side near your ears. If you have no hair at all you can wear our wig with a silicone wig gripper.
